Employees who have been with the same company for 25 years, 40 years or even 50 years are rare and that deserves a celebration. Recently, the MT invited the 2025 jubilarians to a dinner at Barres restaurant in Middelburg.

It is the second year the anniversary dinner has been held and, according to HR Director Jeroen van Mierlo, it is important to reflect on the hard work and loyalty these employees have shown. “It is no longer taken for granted that people stay with one company for so long. At Damen Naval, we are fortunate that people do stay with us for a long time and the dinner is a nice, festive way to pay attention together to the milestone in everyone’s career.”

Managing Director Roland Briene addressed the invitees and reflected on the different years that colleagues started and the important events that took place in that year. The jubilarians were allowed to bring a guest and were accompanied by their direct manager and the MT members of the respective departments.
